Alec Q. Duffy, Esq. first joined the firm as a Law Clerk, working during the summers while he attended law school. He graduated from Temple University, with a B.A. in Psychology and a certificate in Music Technology. In college, he was an intern at the Philadelphia Adult Probation and Parole Department, where he assisted in conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy classes through the Life Skills Program for high-risk offenders. He also served as Secretary of Fraternal Enrichment for the Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia fraternity, and section leader of the Temple Diamond Marching Band.
Alec earned a Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School in 2023. During law school, he held the offices of Vice-President of the American Constitutional Society, and Treasurer of the Brehon Law Society. He distinguished himself as a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society with two separate awards, Best Buyer (2022) and Best Overall Competitor (2023). He served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Child Support Enforcement Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and was also a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Holly J. Ford, in the Family Court Division of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Following his passage of the Bar Exam, Alec joined the firm as an Associate, having been sworn in by its founder, Nicholas J. Palma, Esq. Currently, Alec is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
