Kiana Bracciodieta, Esq. joined the firm in 2021 as an Associate, following the completion of her Judicial Clerkship.
During high school, Kiana completed four college level classes from Seton Hall University. Thereafter, while attending college during the day and work at night, Kiana graduated as a Delta Gamma alumnae from West Virginia University cum laude in 2017, with a B.A. in Criminology and a minor in Political Science.
Kiana earned a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2020. During law school, Kiana continuously maintained employment; was a legal secretary and intern on school breaks; served as her class president; received the CALI Award in Legal Reasoning, Research, and Writing; and was a member of Lugar Trial Association, Family Law Quarterly, and the Black Law Student Association. Kiana also served as a student attorney for the West Virginia Innocence Project.
After graduating from West Virginia University College of Law, Kiana served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Scott J. Bennion, J.S.C. Currently, Kiana is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court District of New Jersey.
