Kiana Bracciodieta, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Nicholas J. Palma, Esq., Valerie Palma DeLuisi, Esq., & Associates, P.C. She originally joined the firm in 2021.
By way of brief background, Kiana graduated cum laude from West Virginia University in 2017 as a Delta Gamma alumna receiving her B.A. in Criminology and Political Science. Kiana earned a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2020. While attending undergrad and law school, Kiana continuously maintained employment. In addition to bartending and waitressing, Kiana was a legal secretary and intern at the Law Offices of Curt J. Geisler in Garfield, New Jersey; served as her class President; was recognized for her excellence and achievement in Legal Reasoning, Research, and Writing and was thus awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award; was a member of Lugar Trial Association, Family Law Quarterly, and Black Law Student Association; and also served as a Student Attorney for the West Virginia Innocence Project.
After graduating from law school, Kiana clerked for The Honorable Scott J. Bennion, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County Vicinage, from August 2020 to August 2021. Immediately thereafter, Kiana obtained an Associate Attorney Position at Nicholas J. Palma, Esq., Valerie Palma DeLuisi, Esq., & Associates, where she worked from September 2021 to September 2022, in numerous areas of the law. From September 2022 until September 2023, Kiana specialized in Family & Matrimonial Law at Meyerson, Fox & Conte, P.A. (formerly known as Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A), and in September 2023, she returned to Nicholas J. Palma, Esq., Valerie Palma DeLuisi, Esq., & Associates, where she remains today.
Currently, Kiana is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court District of New Jersey, with additional admissions pending. Kiana is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, and Bergen County Bar Association. Kiana specializes in family and matrimonial law.
